Jen I bought in Gordonvale from a free-range poultry farm. She's the same age as Pepper (one and a half years). She's laid every day since the day we got her (about May).
I bought Jenny a New Hampshire Red from a small shed farm in Cairns. Despite the tip of her beak missing, she is a beautiful chicken with a tendency of finding escape routes. She managed to fly-up onto the lawnmower and over the fence.

I had to clip Tracey and Pepper's wings so they couldn't jump over the gate but I allowed Tracey to stay on the fence.
