The cots figuring out that food goes here.  Took them less than ten seconds to mess with it.  I learned for my next set to place the holes closer to the base (I didn't have the caps in hand to mark the edges when I cut them) and to use one size bigger PVC for the port baffles- cut shorter and in half instead of two thirds to keep it from pouring out the bottom of the holes and make sure it's wide enough.  As you may be able to tell from the photo, their heads just barely fit and I have to keep it a little higher than ideal to keep it from hitting the bottom of the cage.
