The front of our new home.
A bit of an unhappy sight. Previous owners started an irrigation pond, but it has become stagnant. It will be a chore, but I believe I can bring it back to life over a few years. Today it's nothing more than a mosquito breeder. :-(
There is a lovely little brook that runs through the property. I can't wait to uncover it. Current owners have let it become over run with brush.
The side yard. The current owners have not cared for it very much, so it's starting to fill in with scrub. It will take some cleaning up, but I think this is where the flock will reside.

This is the front yard. A good sized space, sloping to the driveway.
This is the driveway to the house. We are about 600 feet from the road.
