The temperature "probe" that sticks down below the motor/display. It appears to have a very long cord that wraps around the fan. I'm not sure why the cord is so long. Is it so people can put the probe in a different location??

This is where the cords go through the lid on the incubator to the motor and then out to the AC adapter and plug.
