There 5 weeks old now. This is their outdoor pen at the moment, until Dad is done building their pen! It's from a screen house that had a plastic roof that broke. He drilled holes on all corners and on 3 he used zip ties to keep them together. On one end he place zip ties loosely and we use a bungee cord to keep it closed. That's how we enter it and I sit with them while working on my profile ;-)
Hubby found a screen house at the dump! He took 4 screens and turns then on there side, drilled holes on all 4 corners. Took 3 screens and zip tied them tog.. on the ends of the 1st and 4th he tied the ties loosely so we can slip a bungee thru the 2 bottom loops and 2 top loops to keep them together. That way we can get in and out! Neat hu!
The back pin has had this tail curled up since 2 weeks of age. Could that be a tell? Ane the front one has just a small curl. Nothing compared to (his?) the back one. Could that be a tell? Their 4 weeks old last Saturday 4/27/13
My hubby found the screen to a screen house at our town dump and though of my ducks! He layed them down and drilled holes on the 4 corners and secured 3 of them w/ zip ties. He then loosely connected the ties on the 1st & 4th panel. He then used a bungee cord to connect the 2 top loops w/ the 2 bottom zip tie loops and that would secure the panels together. Then we could put them in exit and secure them from traveling away from us. Which they do. Only Too Good!
