This is how I constructed my "Coop on Wheels". I stated with a used boat trailer and stripped it and painted it with aluminum paint. I also put on new rims and tires.
Building the foundation for the floor out of 3 2x6's and two 2x4's for the fore and aft and two 2x6 front and rear cross memebers.

I added a dual wheel trailer dolly for the front.
