I believe this is the duodenum. It was quite stiff and hard.
See how tightly wound the intestines are. They are hard instead of soft like a healthy intestine. Not at all flexible. Notice too, the little dots or lesions or whatever they're called... absolutely everywhere.

Egg mass. At the very top is the heart. It is smaller than a single egg yolk.
