We built the coop on skids and started it out in the field. Once it was done, we pulled it into place with the tractor and attached it to the existing run that we had.
Putting linoleum tiles down under the nesting boxes so they don't rot out. Keeps things a little cleaner.

First coat of paint almost looked pink, but 3 coats later and it is red!
