we have replaced the ladder with a different perch that goes across the entire rear of the coop...more pics later...we house 1 cockrel and 4 pullets in this coop :)

front of coop, left door opens. We r going to make a small opening in the right door for them so they can go in and out during the day, without leaving the big door open :)
nesting boxes...we took one set out today because they only use 2 :)
