    Holy cow! It looks like the vote is today! Unless I read her last post wrong. How crazy is it that I decided I wanted chickens today and the vote is today?? I hope it goes well. Can't wait to hear the result.

    Thank you! I was just coming back to this thread to post that there is an ordinance against having chickens in Farmers Branch. I'm so bummed. I'll have to check out the links you posted. Maybe we can get the laws changed!

    Hi from Farmers Branch! I searched this thread and didn't see anyone that was from my area...except for Dallas of course. How do you go about finding out what the city ordinances are for having chickens in your backyard?

    Hi! You can call me Pepper...its a nickname but its one that's stuck. I live in a suburb of Dallas with my fiance and two little boys. Jimmy is almost 2 and Joey is 2.5 months. We don't have any chickens yet but we've talked about having them in the past when we move to a more remote area...
