    Yes the preference to get food in a package is probably a sign of the modern times. If you could post the organs photo when you have time that would be great, I have been searching for some on the web with only limited success.

Next time I will lay out the organs more thoroughly before taking pics, and check them myself for future reference. I do have a science degree but not in biology , but I'm always keen to research...
