    On vacation

    Hi! I always get a sitter. Then again, I have 25 chickens! My reasons not to leave them alone; Eggs Food security My girls can go through a full big feeder in 7 days or in 4 depending upon the week. I imagine that the feeder + a block would make them running out of food pretty unlikely...

    Top 5 Backyard Chicken Breeds

    Jersey giants are making a serious comeback! Easy to raise because they are so calm and the eggs are huge and yummy!! I know all the breeders near me sell out every time they have eggs!! Just my 3 cents worth in support of the superlative giant chicken!! Viva Pollo Grande!!
