    The Paleo Diet

    I've been trying it. It's hard to stay true paleo when traveling as much as i do. Not very many restaurants would work. It's also hard to cook out of town. If I didn't have to travel as much this would be easy as I love unprocessed meat haha. I do what I can. But it is far from true paleo

    I have made some mead. It's basically wine just made with honey. I haven't tried it yet. I've got 12 bottles I made last year. Need to try one

    I think I will go with the sand. I saw an article some where that the lady said she used a pitchfork with hardware cloth zip tied to it, to use as a giant litter scoop. Sounds like a good idea to me. Thank you,
