    Hi, this chick came with a straight run. It is 8 weeks old. I can tell of a roo ( the comb isn't very red and doesnt behave like the other roos I have so far). I also need help ID the breed - is it a blue ( splash orpington) or a marans?Thanks

    Roo or a Pullet

    Here are the 2 chicks next to each other. They are both 4 weeks old( same hatch date) but one is smaller than the other and I noticed the legs are different colors. Probably 1 is blue and the other one lavender orpington or a maran?... all this is very new to me so I am still in the learning...

    Oh, I am so happy - Thank you!. I ordered some chicks and didn't realize the min run was 5 so I ended up with 20 straight runs ( I have 8 roosters) + the hatchery made a mistake on the sexing for some of the chicks and now I am looking for their forever home - lol
