    Sure! 33 is the most eggs that I've used. You can use between 20 and 32 depending on size of baking dish.

    1 taco seasoning packet
    20-32 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cups salsa
    small can diced green chilli's
    2 tbls. minced garlic
    3-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    3-4 cups crushed tortilla chips

    Preheat oven to 400. In a skillet cook meat, taco seasoning per directions. Drain fat, transfer to 13x9 or 15x10 baking dish. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into taco meat. Fold in cheese, chips, green chilli, salsa and garlic. Bake for approximately 45minutes or until a fork comes out of center clean.

    Optional: drop teaspoons of cream cheese into mixture before baking (4oz.)
