Gerdy is back to her happy self, albeit a bit more skittish now. The wound healed amazingly well and she almost has all of her feathers back. The featherless spot is a little bit bigger than the size of a halfdollar.

Fourth week update!

Betty is up and walking again but I think that I am going to keep her in the crate for a few more days at least to insure that she doesn't aggravate her leg.

Betty hurt her leg so she has been hanging out in the house with us for the last couple days. She gets to hobble around the yard when we clean out her bedding.
