    How long do you wait before cooking?

    you should let them hang in the fridge for at least 48 hours. Personall I will let mine hang in a fridge for at least 7 days before I cook em. What type bird you processing. The different breeds have different taste characteristics.

    Mice in chicken coop

    the chcikens WILL eat the mice if they spot them. Thats why you dont poison the mice around the coop set some traps
