Hi! I'm a new member and love the info on here. We live in Tri-Cities TN and will be moving (locally) in month to a place where we can have chickens. We want a dozen organic eggs every 2-3 days. Any suggestions on breed and how many? Any other suggestions for start ups? George in TN
