Silkie cross/mix mystery chicks
I think they turned out to be pretty cute little birds. Unfortunately the golden bird was killed by a predator. It’s hard to tell from the picture but the other pullets turned out to be almost chocolate with gold necks. The little rooster I think is rather cute but he has a bit of a Napoleon...- 808BackyardChickens

Updates on a silver and gold chick and blacks chick at 2 weeks. Maybe the silver and gold is actually blue birchen coloring?- 808BackyardChickens

Silkie cross/mix mystery chicks
Here in Hawaii we have lots of feral chickens. I adopted 5 rescued chicks that appear to be silkie crosses. They are very friendly little birds and have varying degrees of silkie traits (dark eyes, 5 toes, black, skin, head puffs) but also some with non-silkie traits : single comb, willow feet...- 808BackyardChickens
