I got four chicks from dunlaps at a day old. Two Rhode island reds, two ameraucanas. One was a roo, so we gave him away. One of the Rhode islands, brownie, got bugs at 4 and a half years, and got so bad we had to put her down. The remaining Rhode island, Annie, and the wheaten splash Ameraucana, Honey, got caught by a red tailed hawk a few months before their fifth birthday. Worst day ever 😭! Now I'm starting the adventure again with an Ameraucana, a Rhode island red, a brown leghorn, and a birchen maran/olive egger..
