    Thank you for the response and the picture. This helps alot. I will give it a try with the thermometer there. I ordered one like you have in your pic today from Mr. Dickey. My incubator had the bracket for it just didn't have the thermometer on it. Thanks again.

    I bought a used Dickey incubator. I am having trouble figuring out the best place to get a temp reading from. I am using a spot check digital thermometer.
