    Feeding egg shells

    I have a question? How do I get my hens from eating their own eggs? They just started a few weeks ago and every time I go out the eggs are gone. They are also molting and they are about 1 1/2 years old.

    All very cute. I also got 2 black day old baby silkies. One is lighter then the other. The breeder was awesome and I was able to really pick the ones I wanted.

    how long do chicks need the heat lamp?

    I have 2 week old chicks and just got 1 day olds today. How long do i keep the 2 week old ones under the lamp? I have th both 2 week and day olds inside next to the window for additional sun and heat.
