    Awww you are very welcome!! I am so glad it worked out. Chickpea is such a sweet girl and has fit right in with the flock. She is making friends, her feathers are filling in and she is even laying eggs. We just love her so much!! ❤️

    This handsome guy is very sweet and even a little on the nervous size. He is only five months old and still figuring out how to be a rooster. Haha!! His mom is a welsummer and dad is a silkie, so he's a nice medium size. Morris, IL willing to drive a reasonable distance.

    Aww poor baby girl. I'm in Illinois and could take her but it's a bit of a drive. If you don't find anyone else we would be willing to drive part way. I have a very misfit flock and for the most part are pretty chill. I have several special needs hens that don't even get picked on.

    We actually went back to get her sister a few weeks later. They both are so sweet and doing great. They even welcomed the newest member to the flock.... a hen with a bad leg. She sleeps by them every night. 🥰
