    Can cornish X's live a normal life??

    I have a rooster and a hen that are almost a year old. The rooster does everthing the other roosters do but is a lover not a fighter. The hen lays eggs about every other day. The are very sweet and very big. They do not over eat as they did when they were younger.

    At what age do leg problems and heart attacks start in Cornish X?

    Feed them a good high protein diet and hold on to them another week or 2. Seems the fatter they get, the more they plop.
