    I have a trio together and i thought my red golden pheasants weren't laying eggs yet, but it turns out that one of my hens is eating the eggs. Any advice my friends?

    2 of my hens have started laying eggs, but I haven't seem them mating with the toms. I was wondering, what if the toms don't know how to mate since it's their 1st year and they don't have any experience and they haven't seen other toms mating so they don't know how to do it????

    Nice rooster. Out of all my roosters, there is only one that I trust. Trimming their spurs is a must for the rest of them.

    I had to wrap him in a towel like a burrito and lay him on his side with me on top (with out sitting on him) to keep him from moving and getting away.
