We have one that looked very similar to pox at that age and the rooster traits are getting stronger by the week. "He" hasn't crowed yet but I'm sure it could be any day.

You are completely correct about the medical bills. Folks complain that organic is more expensive and they can't afford it but what happens when you end up with thousands of dollars in bills because you chose to save 50 cents here and a dollar there. You are what you eat.

Had the same feelings the first night we had our chicks. It's now a week and a half later and we are getting ready to move them from the house to the garage which is colder and ill probably worry all night. It does get get better over time. Good luck.
I am curious about those brands because we live in Alaska and those are the two that I have found that are affordable to ship up here. Non of the local feed stores carry non GMO soy free feed. I want to know if anyone has had bad experiences using these feeds. What brand of feed do you use?
