I have been giving them the medicated feed because that's what the guy I bought them from said I should be, their in a cage with a heat lamp above them and news paper as bedding... Why shouldent I be giving them the feed... Will it hurt them?

I bought 2 ducklings earlier this week, its my first time raising them and I'm worried about one of them. He keeps throwing up his food, is this natural, if not what do I need to do?? Help me please.. I don't want to loose him...
