    I know this is an old post but I have to say that is the prettiest coop I've ever seen, I am soooo jealous.

    Thank you for all your help. I am completely baffled, still no egg but she is acting completely normal. Her poop did seem loose but all their poop is like that from time to time. I noticed where she went (on the pine shavings) it looked greenish. I don't believe I fed her anything green...

    Thanks for getting back to me Jen. I called a vet and they told me to bring her inside and get her warm (I am in NY and its cold) She seems a little better now, well at least she's eating and moving around. The Dr told me to keep her in for 24-48 hours and see if she passes the egg and if not...

    Did you ever find out what was wrong with your hen? My 6 month old Austrolop is also acting odd and I am worried. She was fine before bed last night it was very cold here in NY around 9 degrees. She hasn't laid her first egg yet so I am wondering if that is it.
