    Any idea what this could be?

    So, she's a bantam and probably around a year old. I just noticed it yesterday but I had one that had a bit of a swollen eye last week but has since cleared. We don't have mosquitos yet here.. or wasps or bees yet.

    What got my chicken?

    Second one in the last couple days.. One from my barn and one from my backyard, about an acre or so away from one another. Neck picked clean and breast devoured.

    😂😂 I'm cracking up. I had 6 hatch... you're telling me, they're ALL roosters!? The light brown was the only one I was questioning.. that one is a roo too!?

    New to byc!

    Hi there, new here :) looking forward to learning more about our feathered friends. Currently have a small flock of 2 RIR,1 barnyard and 4 polish! Also have a muscovy in our gang. My hubby and I just moved to our farm home and are excited to expand and learn!
