I would really appreciate pictures also. I just stuck a mirror in my brooder box and a couple small wood blocks for something to jump on. Not sure about a perch though. I wonder how they would like a toilet paper roll?

Update on the RIR with crusty poo was still alive this mornign but all crusty again. I gave her another bath and found some vasaline to try. Hoping ot go check on her again in a little bit since it been a few hours. She did better in the warm water today.

Okay I just did this with my RIR and she hated it. I tired to dry her as much as I could but she got pretty wet struggling to get out of my hold. I waited and watched her under the heat lamp and it took about 5 min. Hope it wasn't too cold for her.

My Rhode Island Red got it last night and through out today. Wasn't sure what to do cause I just got her yesterday and its my first run at chickens. I will put towels down and try and clean her with a q tip. Can she die from this? What did you mean by "out of the woods"?
