This is my 4 month old rumpless splash silkie

We have three 12 week old silkies. We know the black satin is a rooster since he is learning to crow. I am pretty confident that the little splash is a hen. Can you all help me determine what sex the white one is?

Hello! Did you figure out what was going on with your hen? We have a girl who looks just like yours this evening, same breed and everything. Just wondering if she got better or if you found anything wrong.

Update: I talked to an Avian vet at MSU on the phone and he encouraged us to stay the course since it was just the one hen that was sick and said that we could bring her in for the necropsy if things got worse. It took 2 weeks, but she is completely back to normal and no other hens got sick at...
