    Mystery solved! He's a bantam Cuckoo Orpington! He slipped into the Isbar chicks. What a nice surprise! I'm told we can breed him with our Chocolate Orpingtons and get Chocolate Cuckoos.

    I really think it is. I got it with my 12 other isbar babies and he looks just like the rest excepted for the barred look to his feathers. He has the same head, body shape, etc. We thought he would be blue to begin with but he's slowly turned more barred-looking.

    My babies are getting so big! They reached that not so cute stage. I have one that looks similar to a barred rock! Here's a pic.

    We live just south of Birmingham, AL. We got the babies from Jordan Farm in Georgia.

    I LOVE my Isbar chicks! We picked them up about a week and a half ago from Richard at Jordan Farm. They are beautiful! No idea on the sex yet but they are beautiful. Here are some pics.
