I thought the girls had stopped laying in the goat dog house so I stopped even looking in there. Well, yesterday I only had 3 eggs in the coop so I looked in the goat house. I ended up with 9 eggs from 8 hens. They had stashed 6 eggs in the back of the goat house where I couldn't see them...
7 today, all in the coop!!! It's a good day :clap Now if I could just get them to sleep in the coop instead of on top of the fence, but whatever, I'm happy with eggs where I'm not belly crawling through mud under heavy fire from the goats like I'm in a war zone!
8 out of 8 yesterday. Six were in the new coop, just one in the goat dog house, and one on the ground near the gate. Hopefully the ladies are getting used to the coop.

6 yesterday. We (Me and and the chickens) had a meeting and decided we need a new coop. We decided to let the goats have the old coop since they like it so much and have tore up almost everything in it and get a new coop. The chickens agreed to lay their eggs in the new coop and stop laying...
