    I got week old chicks on Sunday, and today I went to check on them and found this guy. The feathers are not wet in the area that his skin is visable, and I am not sure what to do. It looks very swollen/full. Could he have an impacted crop, or may it be something else?

    I made a mama hen heating pad thing and they seem to be happy, sleeping in it and going out to walk around and eat and stuff. And with the last batch i used 2 extra ways to secure the lamp (when they were inside). My friends still gonna bring her coop for when the other chicks come.
