Hi there,
One of my chickens has hatched and it is quite crowded, doesn't have much space.
At what point can I open the incubator to clear out some space for it? There are about 3 more that need to hatch.
Some others have pipped.
Yes, putting wire in is a good idea, to keep out the predators.
It's all about where about you live and what you think about the chickens safety.
EDIT: Just remember to bury the wire deep enough so the chickens don't cut their feet!
Hello everyone,
I have only 6 days until my chickes/n hatch/es. Today, I candedled the 7 eggs that had been incubating in my 'Brinsea Mini Advanced' and (Allthough I can't see through a few) I have only seen one alive egg!
If this is the case, what do I do!?
Knowing that chickens are highly...
Thanks for the posts everyone! I think the idea of the dimmer switch sounds good, I may try that. Still. Dose anyone have any knowledge of the Brinsea ecoglow?
Thanks,
Andrew.
I think I'll invest in one of these as well. The mini advance is my favorite incubator I've seen so far. I've also seen and read many reviews, they are all positive.
