    Missing Feathers and White Stuff On Skin On Head

    Hi. I would so appreciate any help anyone could give. I've searched all over the Internet I can't come up with an answer. My Silkie has feathers missing on the side of her head. Her bare skin shows white stuff on it. I can't see any bugs on her. Any ideas of what this might be. She's acting...
