    I did check the eggs on the bottom and they hadn't developed and were rotten. So we pulled those out and just put the eggs she had on the top back in. So she's still sitting on about 20 eggs after we pulled almost a dozen out. And we did it while she was enjoying her swim lol

    I have a question my Pekin female has been sitting on eggs for about 3 weeks and the rouen female has been laying eggs and they roll her eggs in the nest. So we have a crap ton of eggs at different levels of development. Will she sit and try to hatch all the eggs or just the ones that hatch first?

    I just love all the silkies. I'm new to silkies. I bought two at tractor supply as pets i have no clue what color they are going to be. They are a little over a month old and have different colors coming in. How do i tell at this point what color they are going to be? Thanks for any information.
