What would the signs of that be and how could I try to prevent the last two from getting it? I was thinking maybe it could be an infection. It can't be a virus because we incubated our own ducks eggs and they haven't came in contact with any other animals and also all my ducks are doing well -

Yeah it's hard to explain but they spend most of their night on their nest which is highly protected by my dogs, the dogs can't get to them but they are close enough nothing else will. Tomorrow I can make a temporary pen in my garage though for her. I'll put out the ACV mixture tonight though... -

I can try some of that its just that I don't know how to make it her only drinking and washing water. It rained so hard that their pen got flooded so I'm letting them stay out of it because we have a large tree closer to the house that shields them from most of the rain, and it's still storming... -

They have water full time now! I had to go to the store to get food and a waterer (they came 5 days early I wasn't prepared) so they didn't have food or water for a few hours during the day. But they all got a chance to drink that morning. He died as I was filling the waterer ): -

He was completely fine i was even holding him then i put him back in his brooder and came back 15 minutes later and he was dead. His little beak is pushing through the egg now so i think its just a matter of hours until he hatches!!! a 5 out of 5 hatch rate would be amazing (knock on wood) since its my first time so I'm hoping he continues to be a trooper! will keep you updated -
Duckling eye won't open!
Yes she was i believe! Sorry i took so long to get back, i had work. but i moistened her eye with warm water and a q-tip then i opened it a bit and all looked good, but she kept it shut. I just got home though and both eyes are wide open and looking good! I think it was just a bit sticky! thanks...
