Same thing happening to me. Around a month now.

Good going! I have one black australorp, a little over a year old who has laid every single day and a couple barred rocks who were just staring out plus several chicks from the spring. The black australorp might have stopped a few weeks before the barred rocks but now, nobody is giving me anything.

Has anyone else in western WA noticed that their hens have stopped laying? I haven't seen an egg in almost a month.

I got these chicks on Thursday (5 days ago) from Papa's Poultry. One was clearly smaller than the others but I imagined it would have caught on, but today I notice it's suddenly going bald. Any advice on what's going on?

I found seven eggs in the same spot after finding my first egg there a day earlier. It is hard to keep the closet area clean so I'd rather if they layed in another section of the camper.

I know for sure the plymouth rock is a rooster because I have seen it crow but I thought one of the white ones with big hair on its head was a rooster, I turned out to be wrong! I would also appreciate some help in identifying the breed of the girls, this is as close as I could get for a photo.

My chickens are living in a repurposed camper, I have installed nesting boxes but they aren't laying in them. I even put fake eggs in the nesting boxes to encourage them but I have only been finding eggs in the 'closet' of the camper. I told my husband I would lock it off so they can't lay in...

I thought so because there are specs of poop on some of my eggs even though I change their straw daily. Good to know for sure.
