These are the 2 babies

I got 2 in my shipment from Ideal yesterday morning. I was just wondering what color they will turn out to be. They are the same color as my white rock chicks that came with them right now so I was wondering if they would be white also. Thanks!!

I have some Production Reds from Hoover's Hatchery & they are by far my best layers. Mine get along great with my other breeds.

Wow!!! I was hoping for a hen but I would rather have a roo that looks like that instead of my Buff Orpington roo. I hope he makes it because my Buff Orp roo is mean & is about to be re-homed. Thanks!!!

My broody hatched this little chick yesterday. It is a cross of a Buff Orpington rooster & a Barred Rock hen. Anybody have any pictures of this cross as adults. I'm praying it is a hen.

I just checked and there was half of a shell in the edge of the nest box with her. I tried to peak under her & one of the babies started peeping & then she started pecking me hard. I can't wait to see what they look like. 1 should be a pure buff orpington & the other should be a buff...

Thanks for the advice everyone!!! I really don't have a place to separate her from the rest of the flock. I was hoping she would be able to raise them right in the coop with the rest of the flock. Going to get some chick starter now, guess I need to figure out a place to put her with the babies...

I've got a little mille d'uccle bantam that looks like is about to hatch 2 new babies today. She got off the nest a minute ago to eat & I looked at her 2 eggs she's been setting on & they appear to be hatching. They've got a hole in them & when I touched them they started peeping. Question is...

I got 9 eggs from 10 hens today (1 is broody & setting on 4 eggs ) I have 4 Production Reds, 3 Barred Rocks, 1 Buff Orpington, 1 Gold Sex Link & my broody Mille Fleur D'uccle bantam. I have a Buff Orpington Rooster that watches over them.
