If I was to get fertilized eggs for my girls, would they hatch them? They both seem like they would be good moms, they lay on the eggs hoping for no reason. They don't have access to a male.
Or would it be better to get ducklings like they were and would they raise those ducklings?

Just wanted to say thank you for everyones threads and comments. When we decided we wanted ducks as pets, I lurked in the threads and learned alot.
This is Cutie (small hat), and Rosie (larger hat), I didn't name them, my neices in different countries each named one. Both are female Magpies...
