No idea got them from a friend. I thought the gold one looked like a gold laced Wyandotte and the black looked like a silver laced Wyandotte but I’m not sure. Gold one hatched from a white egg black one hatched from a brown egg.
We put 7 eggs in the incubator 3 ended up rotten and the other 4 fully developed but never pipped so we went to the store and got him a bantam who looked to be about two weeks old and 3 newborn ISA browns.
Meet Richard my new (and first ever egg that I incubated) He is very special to me because of that. I’m no chicken expert so I was really hoping some of you could help me find his breed. Thank you for all the responses. For those of you wondering egg color it was white.
I was wondering if you guys could tell if she is close to laying just by her features. She is way more developed than the other 5 chickens I got with them but the way she looks I thought we should be expecting eggs by now. Thank you!
