Are either one of those egg layers? I was told at least 6 would be cinnamon queens only 2-3 kinda look like that. And the rest look like "meat"chickens (what I was told they're for)- astrange

Cinnamon Queen Thread!
I was told the lighter ones were cinnamon queens and darker were red broilers. I'm new to chickens! My friend was moving and said she needed to sale her 2 week old chickens so we bought them. Was told 10 red broilers (darker ones they said) 6 cinnamon queens(lighter color) and one unknown...- astrange

Am I correct to think the smaller dark brown are red broilers and the larger lighter ones are cinnamon queens?? That's what I was told anyways- astrange

New to chickens from Oklahoma :)
Hello! 10 weeks ago I became a chicken momma to 17 chickens! It's been fun, I have a few who think they're parrots and sit on my shoulder. Been trying to find a group to ask questions and help me along the way of learning. I was told the two breeds were cinnamon queens and red broilers...- astrange

So I bought these chickens at 2 weeks from a friend due to them moving and not able to take them. 17 total. 10 red broilers, 6 cinnamon queens and one unknown extra. Is what I was told I looked on line and so many diff answers! It looks to me that 4 are roosters >_< But then it says cinnamon...- astrange
