For licensed Veterinarians: Questions and Advice?

Because if SC4 has any courses that can help me get accepted for MSU's veterinarian courses, I'm hoping to take them? My attempts to research haven't been very helpful, unfortunately, beyond giving me hope that getting an Associate of Science might help with the veterinary schooling.

For licensed Veterinarians: Questions and Advice?

I... don't think the college algebra I took in high school will count? Or the Psychology class.

For licensed Veterinarians: Questions and Advice?

I'm looking at MSU, to be honest. If I need to go to community college first, I'm looking at SC4.

For licensed Veterinarians: Questions and Advice?

Okay, so, hi. Basic rundown: I'm Ty, and I'm 28. Pronouns are they/them. I'm married, have kids, and due to said kids, I have a flock of chickens. I was wondering, what's the best recommendations for if you want to become a Poultry/Farm veterinarian? Like, what books do you suggest to read...

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

A little later than I meant, but here's updated pics of Scooter. Nothing I'm doing is helping the legs get under them or to relax the tightness in the legs, but Scooter... is moving around with relative ease, and doing the same stuff as the other chicks. Eating, drinking, pottying, sleeping, and...

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

I plan to. It's just about time for a health check, just gotta get my kids in bed. They... kinda stress Scooter with how loud they get.

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

I... have another question. If Scooter lost both legs, do you think they'd still thrive? They're eating, drinking, sleeping, moving... and heck, they just pooped in my hand! We're already working on Latias for a prosthetic, but... do you think, if we can, we could possibly do something similar...

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

Ahhh. So, where would you tape on the legs? And, um, for how long? Nothing I've read recently seemed really clear on that, for the most part. Ideally, we don't have to cull Scooter and we won't need to ask his aunt for help for that course of action; we're giving Scooter until Monday to see if...

@Eggcessive My husband is wondering, if we need to cull Scooter, how you might... suggest going about it?

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

Thank you so much. I'm hoping we can help Scooter, because we started trying from day one? I... don't know what slointing is. And unfortunately our incubator did fluctuate a lot for the humidity; it's a new incubator and we're not used to it yet, unfortunately.

Also, then another chick, known as Seven of Nine (bc Star Trek), is also having leg issues and I am now scared I messed up this hatching for those two???

Chick with Splayed Legs and Possible Deformities

@Eggcessive Hi, so, I have been proven wrong. Scooter seems to have slipped tendons in both legs now??? I'm kinda scared for them

It does help, honestly. I have turkeys I'm hatching for my husband's aunt (egg-sitting, basically, along with chick-sitting her chicks), so now I'm flustered thinking about how that could go wrong, too.

Thank you so much! I will admit, I should have just searched the forum, but I'm half a brain cell short and four peeps away from a tiny panic, so my research skills have... decreased.
