    Thank you! I do plan on a couple of extended tools for clean up. The door is also big enough so that I can still get inside fairly easily. I'm excited to see how everything works. I'm sure I'll have to tweak some things here and there.

    Took a break from this project over the winter. But with chicks coming in late April, it's time to get it wrapped up. Got the door and ramp put in yesterday. Also started framing out more of the run to provide aerial protection.

    So I'm not sure what type of animal the previous home owners had in this run, but the run is full of wood mulch like the picture. Think I should clear this out? I see no traces of animal droppings.

    Figured I would go ahead and document my coop and run build here. We had an existing pen for some type of animals that the previous home owner had. I decided to use that space for the coop and run. The coop is inspired by a youtube video from third coast craftsman. I took some measurements...
