    1 of my 4, 7 week olds doesn’t have a tail and never has.

    Is this normal for one of the four not to have a tail. His female counterpart does. He’s the Cuckoo Maran.

    Everyone has been very helpful with my SS’s. Thank y’all. When I purchased 4 “pullets” I’m convinced I have only 2. My Cuckoo Maran pair seem to also be pullet/cockerel. Thoughts?

    thank you! That’s what I thought. My supplier said way too early to tell but it seemed rather obvious to me.

    I have a pair of 7 week old Speckled Sussex and they couldn’t look more different. My chicken supplier says it’s too early to tell if the one is a cockerel but to look so different from each other, I don’t know how they could both be pullets.
