HELP!! Eggs cold (50 degrees) for 18+ hours

I'm so heartbroken - my entire flock was killed last night from coyotes (sad tears). We had 9 total, one of them was a turkey. Looks like they killed all of them, but only ate a few. My husband and I have coyote proofed the coop (twice!), but they found a 12 inch weak spot to dig where the...

Help with water dirty vs clean

Thanks everyone. I ended up putting out a clean water container (Rubbermaid with a hole cut in it so just their heads can get in). The 87 gallon "tank-pond" is pretty clean but it smells so I do worry about disease...so I have been emptying it every 7 days into our trees. The bio-filter works...

    2 Roosters Arizona, Scottsdale Area

Hi there, I need a new home for two roos. They came in a group of pullets that were "supposed" to be girls. :) If anyone within 25 miles is interested in taking them, I'd be happy to bring them to you. Only one is crowing, and I'm 99.99999% the other is also a boy. Thanks! -Rachel
