    1 silkie 1 silkie mix And then just 2 regular barnyards... They free range and go upstairs in the coop by themselves at night. they are on pellet (egg layer mix) and eat bugs and graze all day. I do have a larger dog but she is supervised when she is outside with them and doesn’t bother them...

    I have 4 young ladies ... When we picked up our silkie mix , she supposedly was already laying. We’ve had her about 2 weeks now and still hasn’t laid but gets along with the rest of the flock. None of my girls will lay and they’re all around 1+ years... Anything to help / should I be more...
