    We put 8 eggs in the incubator and set it up in lock down mode. All 8 hatched over a period of 13 days. We'd leave a chick in the incubator for 36 hours after hatching to help move the eggs around and I read the chirping helps with hatching. We have them in our garage brooder right now, but...

    Another one hatched yesterday, so there are 2 chicks. We brought them inside and in to our brooder. Also have 5 eggs that, through candling, appear near ready to hatch. So, we'll be keeping an eye for those chicks to put in with the other 2.

    I am not sure. My wife took them and is caring for them. She's at work right now, but I'll ask her when I see her. Also, read the part about using towels and such to ensure they don't get hurt. In order to do this would I need to remove the food and/or water at night?
