    I'm planning on getting some eggs from lake cumberland game birds. i'm looking for the heaviest breed, i've been told that jumbo brown is good at a good 14oz - 16oz but i was told also that the georgia giants are even bigger and heavier.....anyone knows which is the best?

    ordered a dozen on ebay of black copper marans, received 14 eggs (2 extras). put them on the incubator and they hatched 5 days ago. got 7 chicks out of the 14 eggs. hopefully i have a roo and some females......fingers crossed.....

    Update on Production Red hatch: bought 150, 15 eggs were unfertiled.....135 went to lockdown and 105 hatched today, going to give the rest till tomorrow to see if there is any late chicks hatchng. will post some pics tomorrow.
